Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 3 days before arrival. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival or no-shows will be 50% of the full reservation cost. One day prior cancellation or no-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation cost.

• All the bookings made for TravelGO Hotels and Resorts, dated between 20th December to 2nd January are considered blackout periods, and bookings are non-refundable and non-amendable. 

• Group Bookings: Reservations for 3 or more rooms are considered group bookings. These bookings require changes to be made at least 7 days in advance.

• Non-refundable Periods: Bookings made during long weekends, festivals, citywide sold-out dates, and blackout periods (city sold-out dates, festivals, Christmas & New Year’s) are non-refundable and non-changeable., and bookings made during this period are non-refundable.

CHILD POLICY

• Complimentary stay for two children upto 5 years of age on room only basis without extra bed.

• Extra bed will be charged for children above 5 years.

PET POLICY

• Approval & Fees: Guests often must confirm the number and breed of pets upon booking. Additional cost will charged while bringing in your pets.

• Health Requirements: Pets must be healthy, flea-free, and up-to-date on vaccinations.

• Behaviour & Control: Excessive noise, such as barking, must be controlled to avoid disturbing other guests.

• Unattended Pets: We prohibit leaving pets alone in the room, or require them to be crated if left alone.

• Designated Areas: Pets are usually restricted to specific, designated walking areas and are not allowed in food service areas, pools.

• Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets.
